UTET Partners B.V. is a small, Amsterdam-based consultancy. We bring research-grade methods in AI/ML to consequential systems — most often in financial technology — and stay involved long enough for the work to actually land.
§ IIWhat we do
We work with engineering and data-science teams that need to translate research into production. Engagements typically include problem framing, prototype development, model design and validation, architectural review, and hands-on collaboration during build.
The practice is small by design. Each engagement is led personally — there is no “handover” from a partner to a junior team. Mandates are accepted selectively, with a preference for problems that are technically interesting and consequential to the client.

Utkarsh is a machine-learning researcher with publications in Nature, NeurIPS, KDD, AAAI, WSDM, and PNAS; a contributor to SciPy and CPython (and, by way of those, to NASA’s Mars 2020 Helicopter mission); and currently a partner at a stealth FinTech / AI startup.
